Blogsvertise: Paid Posting Opportunities for Bloggers

Blogsvertise: Expanding My Paid-Posting Horizons

I've just signed up with Blogsvertise in an effort to expand the variety of paid posting opportunities available to me here at Writer's Notes. This should better enable me to choose products, services, and/or websites to review which are more relevant to you, my readers, as I seek to find additional ways of supplementing my regular freelance writing income.

You, Too, Can Earn Money with Blogsvertise

Many of you are also bloggers, who can potentially benefit from the information this post will provide. Blogsvertise is one of a number of paid-to-post sites for which you can write to earn a little extra money via your blog. I've written about several of the other paid posting sites before, and I'm excited to add Blogsvertise to the list.

The Blogsvertise Approval Process

At Blogsvertise, you'll submit your blog or other online journal for approval, after which you can expect to receive an e-mail almost immediately which explains how to activate your account. This e-mail will also inform you that, after activation, your first post--the one about Blogsvertise--should be written right away, since your blog's approval will be based upon that first post and blogs are generally reviewed and approved within 24 hours. (Such a quick approval time came as quite a surprise to me, I must admit!) Your introductory post will let Blogsvertise know that you understand the posting process as well as the rules you'll need to follow once your blog has been approved and you've become an official Blogsvertise blogger.

Future Opportunities Once Your Blog Is Approved

After approval, your blog will be placed into the Blogsvertise assignment queue, and assignments will then be e-mailed to you. Each will include the URL of the website you'll be reviewing, as well as a brief note explaining the opportunity. To write for Blogsvertise, you will not be required to endorse the website or its products or services, but only to discuss them on your blog. Your post will need to remain on your blog indefinitely and may not be removed, but must become a permanent part of your blog's archives. Once you've submitted the URL of your completed blog post, your entry will be reviewed, and if approved, you'll receive payment, via PayPal 30 days later.

Compensation for Completed Assignments

Newly-signed bloggers can earn from $4-25 per review at Blogsvertise, though most will fall in the $5-15 range. Rates do vary, however, based on blog traffic and popularity, blog quality, task performance, and length of time you've been with the service.

All in all, Blogsvertise seems to be pretty straightforward and easy to use, and I'm looking forward to joining the team of bloggers who are using the site to help them earn money from blogging. Why not check the site out for yourself and see whether you might not enjoy writing for Blogsvertise, as well.

Best of luck to you!
Jeanne

Michele,

Thanks so much for stopping by! I'm hoping that Blogsvertise will turn out to be one more good way of making a bit of money while offering relevant info and products to my blog's readers. As writers, we can sometimes find that the number of opportunities which are relevant to our blogs' topic tend to be a bit limited.

I do try to take into consideration the fact that writers have lives outside of writing, though, and are therefore interested in other topics, as well--though I always try to relate my paid posts to writing in some way.

Hope you'll find the info in my post helpful!

Jeanne

Hi, Tracy!

Glad to hear you've signed up! Hopefully, it will prove profitable to you! Since I, too, am new to Blogsvertise, I'm not exactly sure what to expect myself; but I guess we'll both find out soon! I always say, "If we never try, we'll never know!" Best of luck to you in this new endeavor!

To our success!
